Refund/Exchange
General
·
All return items should be in
original box with original documents.
·
Original invoice required.
·
Credit for returns can be issued
upon receiving the returned items. Good for seven (7) days of issue date.
·
All returned parts over $99.00 are
subject to a 15% restocking fee after seven (7) days.
·
No return of parts will be accepted
after twenty-one (21) days from the date of invoice.
·
A 15% labor fee of the invoice
value will be charged for all returned computer systems made with in seven (7)
days from the invoice date. No return of the system will be accepted after seven
(7) dates of the invoice date.
·
A 30% non-refundable deposit is
required for all system and/or parts.
·
All serial numbers need to match
returned parts.
·
No opened software will be refunded
or exchanged.
Limited Warranty/System and Parts
·
Original invoice required.
·
All new computer parts and systems
have a one-year warranty except CPU, which has a warranty of seven (7) days.
·
All notebook, laptops, printer,
scanners, monitors, speakers are under the manufacture’s warranty only. No
refunds or exchanges.
·
Unless prior written agreement has
been made, all parts and systems must be carried in store for service.
·
Unless otherwise specified all used
computer parts and system carry thirty (30) days warranty and is not refundable
or exchangeable unless noted.
·
Power PC is not responsible for any
software and data problems. Our liability is limited to the hardware only.
·
Our warranty does not include any
technical support, service and/or consulting for software.
·
The purchased products shall not
have been previously altered, repaired or serviced by anyone other than Power
PC, or warranty will be void.
·
Power PC is not responsible for
losses due to misuse, electrical surge, fire, theft or any acts of God, such as
lighting, flood, etc.
·
Any merchandise returned for
service or replacement that is not defective, maybe assessed a service charge.
·
For repaired or serviced items not
picked up/accepted within twenty-one (21) days from the invoice date, a minimum
storage fee of $15.00 per day will be charged.
·
We can not be responsible for
products not picked up within thirty (30) days from the repair date. All
products left for more than thirty (30) days will be disposed of properly.
·
The charge for returned checks is
$25.00
·
Services carry a thirty (30) day
warranty, except for virus and spyware removal or problem caused by customer
misuse.
Power PC Limitations
of Liability
Power PC is not responsible
for direct, special, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any
service, breach of warranty or under any legal theory including, but not limited
to, lost profit, downtime, goodwill, damage to or replacement of equipment and
property, any costs of recovering, reprogramming, or reproducing any program or
data stored in or used with any system left for service, repair, upgrade or
installation at Power PC.
